At Horizon-Artificiel, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we accept returns under certain conditions.
Refund period
You have 100 days from the receipt of your package to request a refund. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or issue a refund.
Refund process
Once your return is accepted and the product is received in good condition, we will issue a full refund. The funds will be returned to the payment method you used when making your purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). To make your return, simply contact us via our contact form and request the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return slip. All you need to do is drop it off at a relay point.

Processing time
